
Growth Lead
Tunnl Labs is hiring a Growth Lead to own distribution, brand & creator growth, and narrative amplification across CT.
This is a senior, high-leverage role. You will be the frontline operator growing Tunnl’s presence and driving campaign volume through your network and execution.
We’re looking for someone who’s already active on CT: closing deal flow, posting daily, talking to founders and marketers, talking to creators, and hosting Spaces. You will act as Tunnl’s growth lead for CT: building momentum, securing brand spend, onboarding creators, hosting Spaces, and folding existing relationships into the platform.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Tunnl’s growth across Crypto Twitter, forming brand narrative, user outreach, activations, and Spaces.
- Drive platform volume: Source, manage, and close brand deals, from outreach to campaign execution.
- Host high-signal Spaces to drive awareness and inbound.
- Build and maintain a daily content cadence on Tunnl’s brand account.
- Integrate any existing brand & creator relationships into Tunnl and scale them through the platform.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Web3 marketing agent or operator of a Web3 marketing agency.
- Web3 sales experience, including targeted outreach, lead qualification, follow-up cadence and pipeline management.
- Proven track record of closing large-scale marketing campaigns with leading brands.
- Experience working with crypto creators and KOLs.
- Established presence and following on X.
