Role: Tunnl Community Ambassador

About the Role
We’re looking for a Community Ambassador to help maintain quality and integrity across the Tunnl ecosystem.
You’ll be the bridge between our internal operations and creator community, reviewing creators, monitoring campaign performance, spot-checking offers, and supporting creators as they onboard to Tunnl.
This role sits at the intersection of creator management, operations, and community support. You’ll help keep the platform healthy, transparent, and supported.
Core Responsibilities
- Review & evaluate new creators: Monitor the internal Tunnl dashboard reviewing creator’s account quality, audience, and content.
- Monitor offers and payouts: Spot-checking offers for fairness, accuracy, and anomalies.
- Support creators: Communicate through DMs or email, answering questions about tiers, eligibility, and account status.
- Flag & report: Call out suspicious activity, malicious accounts, or content that violates Tunnl’s rules and standards.
- Provide feedback: Forward feedback to the team on common issues or insights from creator interactions.
- Community engagement: Engage with the Tunnl community on X and help grow the community
Ideal Background
- Active on Crypto Twitter and familiar with creator marketing dynamics. Especially familiar with InfoFi metrics such as TweetScout and Kaito.
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and data review.
- Strong communication and judgment, able to evaluate content quality objectively.
- Reliable, consistent, and self-directed, this is a trust-heavy operational role.
Compensation
- $800-1000 USDC per month
